About Us:
Founded by an Ex Investment Banker, RE Lending Head & Founder Director of a Fintech Firm with experience of over 20 Years in the Real Estate Financing, Investment Banking and Fintech Space.
In his last stint with IndiaBonds he spearheaded relationships with NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, Strategic Alliances, UX-UI, CRM and New Business Initiatives
He was earlier associated with Citigroup and AK Capital as part of their Investment Banking team. With AK Group, he headed the Real Estate underwriting book for the NBFC arm and was instrumental in concluding transactions for Real Estate Developers and managed to run the book with ZERO Delays. Sunny’s career highlights include pivotal roles at AK Group, where he managed high-quality, assetbacked credit and structured transactions
As his last stint, our Founder Mr S.Mirchandani was part of the Founding Team and Director with one of India’s largest SEBI Registered OBPP .
